1) Introduction
Welcome to Nerd PC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to place orders.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login details confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3) Products, Pricing & VAT
Prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR).
Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice.
VAT (if applicable under Omani law) will be displayed at checkout.
4) Orders & Payment
An order is accepted only after successful payment.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
For any digital items (if offered), delivery will be electronic to your account/email.
5) Shipping & Delivery (Oman)
Delivery fees and options, appear at checkout.
Provide accurate shipping details; delays or losses due to incorrect addresses are your responsibility.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided or collection by the carrier (as applicable).
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (for any cross-border shipments), or events beyond our control. but we will offer the support needed
6) Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Refund Policy (separate page).
By purchasing, you agree to that policy’s conditions, timelines, and exclusions.
7) User-Generated Content (Reviews, Photos, etc.)
You are solely responsible for content you submit (text, images, videos, links, files) and for ensuring it is legal, accurate, and appropriate.
By submitting content, you grant Nerd PC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, reproduce, edit, and publicly display that content on our channels to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You confirm you have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Break the law or violate third-party rights.
Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service.
Impersonate others, spam, or engage in abusive/harassing behavior.
9) Intellectual Property
All site/app content and features (excluding user content) are the property of Nerd PC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our IP without prior written consent.
10) Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies
Product listings may contain accidental errors (pricing, descriptions, images, availability).
We may correct errors and update or cancel affected orders (with a refund if already paid).

The Service may link to third-party sites/services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Review their policies before use.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or fully secure operation, or that the Service will meet your specific expectations.
Product warranties, if any, are those provided by the manufacturer/supplier and described on the product page or documentation.
13) Product Liability Limitation
We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to manufacturer guidelines.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Omani law, Nerd PC, its employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party conduct related to the Service or products.
15) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access/accounts immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
16) Promotions & Contests
Promotions, giveaways, or contests may have separate rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms, the promotional rules apply.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
- Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Oman.
19) Governing Language
The Service and policies may be offered in Arabic and English. In case of conflict, the Arabic version prevails.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
