Refund & Returns Policy – Nerd PC (Oman)

At Nerd PC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In the original packaging with all accessories/manuals

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., Headsets, mousepads, etc.) once opened

  • Digital goods, software, or license codes

2) Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for inspection and either:

    • Provide a replacement at no extra cost, or

    • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

3) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 24-48H to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet, depending on method used).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

4) Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong order placed), the customer bears the return shipping fee.

5) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for the same product model (if stock is available) or for a different item of equal value.

  • If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.

6) Process for Returns & Refunds

  1. Contact us via info@nerdpc.om or WhatsApp within the allowed timeframe.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back or arrange collection (if available in your area).

  5. Once received and approved, your refund/exchange will be processed.

7) Warranty Claims

  • Certain products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

  • Warranty claims should follow the terms specified by the manufacturer or distributor.

8) Final Notes

  • Nerd PC reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Law in Oman and is designed to ensure fair treatment for both customers and our business.
